How to order

1. Click "Add to Cart" button.

All videos are VHS NTSC format (Canada & USA) unless otherwise marked. See Video Formats to check which countries use NTSC, PAL or SECAM formats. DVDs are Region 1 unless marked All Region.

Changing quantities

If you want to order 2 or more of the same video, you can change the quantity in the shopping cart. Press the "update subtotal" button to calculate the new totals.

Deleting an item

To remove an item from the shopping cart, change the quantity to 0 and press the "update subtotal" button.

Mail in orders

Order the items you want through the shopping cart. Please continue to checkout, and you will be presented with a page suitable for printing at the end.

Price

Occasionally, you will add a video or DVD to the shopping cart and the price is lower in the shopping cart than on our website. You will be charged the price shown in the shopping cart. We are clearing an overstock item, end of line item or our webmaster has not yet updated the new price on the website.

Can't Add to Cart

Why can't I add an item to shopping cart? If we run out of stock and an item is no longer available, you can't add it to the cart. If an item is available but out of stock, we'll add the item to cart but generate a back order.

If you are inquiring about your order, please email the following information:

1. Your order confirmation number.
2. Your name and address.
3. Date of order.
4. Product(s) you ordered.
5. Description of your problem.
6. Did you order online, by mail or call our 800 number?

   Do NOT send credit card information by email.

You will need to supply Last Name and Order reference number. The order reference # is automatically emailed to you on completion of order.
