Order Tracking

To track the status of your order:

Order status page

You will need to supply Last Name and Order reference number. The order reference # is automatically emailed to you on completion of order.

Domestic Shipping

All orders normally ship within 24 hours (business days) from the time you place your order.

The cost for shipping is calculated based on the shipping method you choose, the size and weight of your package(s), the destination, and the number of individual products you order. Your available shipping options will be presented in your shopping cart prior to submitting your final order.

For your reference, here are some rough estimates of shipping one DVD using the least expensive method: Standard Domestic (US) Shipping is approximately $5.00. Please note that shipping costs per item decrease as more items are ordered.

UPS Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. Central Time and USPS Express by 12:30 p.m. Central Time to ship the same day, Monday through Friday only (no weekend pick-up or delivery). For Overnight orders, if your item is out of stock, we will email or call you promptly. We will otherwise only email you if we are unable to ship within one week.

We strive to have all items in stock at all times. If mailing in your order with a personal check, your order may be held for your check to clear.

International Orders

All international orders are sent via the US Postal Service. The cost for shipping is calculated based on the shipping method you choose, the destination country, the size and weight of your package(s), and the number of individual products you order. Your available shipping options will be presented in your shopping cart prior to submitting your final order.

If mailing in your order with a personal check, your order may be held for your check to clear. We will otherwise only email you if we are unable to ship within one week. We strive to have all items in stock at all times.

Any customs, duties and/or taxes that apply upon receipt of the order are the responsibility of the customer.

Some UK and European VCRs are dual format and will play both NTSC and PAL videos. Please check before ordering.

Ordering Methods

  • You can order via our secure internet server with your major credit or debit card. Just add the items you want to your shopping cart, and follow the instructions provided.
  • If you'd prefer to send a check or money order or your credit/debit card number, just add the item(s) you want to your shopping cart. In the Billing area, change the Payment Type: Credit/Debit Card, Other (Fax or Mail) drop down box from it's default 'credit card/debit card' to 'Other (Fax or Mail)'. You can then print the order form, or copy down the relevant information to include with your check/MO. Please include your email address and/or phone number in the event we need to contact you with questions or information about your order. Make your check payable to "One World Distribution". See our mailing address below. If mailing in your order with a check, your order may be held for your check to clear.
  • You can fax your order by adding the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then either print the order form or copy down the relevant information and include it in your fax. Don't forget to include your credit or debit card number, along with the expiration date. Please include your email address and/or phone number in the event we need to contact you with questions.   • You can phone in your order using a major credit or debit card. See our phone number below.
  • We accept Purchase Orders from U.S. and Canadian Schools, Libraries, Hospitals, etc., via mail or fax.

We won't sell, trade, rent or share your information with any person, company, or organization or use your personal information for any reason other than our ordering process and to contact you if there is a problem or question with your order.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns of opened items due to the nature of the products we sell and anti-piracy concerns. You may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt of your order (or gift) for a credit or refund of the cost of the items. Shipping is not refundable. Insurance or tracking is advised. A credit will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, or if you paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail within one to two months. If an item is returned damaged no credit will be issued, so please use appropriate packing material. Please include your packing slip and return unopened items only to:

We want our customers happy, so if you have a problem or complaint with something you've ordered from us, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your specific problem.

Security

Our shopping cart server uses a Thawte SSL Web Server Certificate which secures information by encrypting all data to and from this site (the strongest form of browser security). You can feel confident in knowing we take the security of your personal information very seriously. In fact, we believe entering your credit card information on our site is safer than giving it to a retail store or restaurant.

Shipping/Backorders

Normally all orders ship within 24 hours from the time your order is received, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If an item is backordered, and it is determined it will take more than one week for shipment to go out, we will notify you. If mailing in your order with a personal check, your order may be held for your check to clear.

Taxes

Because of our presence in these states, orders with a shipping address in Texas will be charged 6.75% sales tax and in South Dakota will be charged 6% sales tax.

Canada and International orders - Any customs, duties, taxes or brokerage that apply upon delivery of the order are the sole responsibility of the customer.
