Dance Bound (40 mins) combines easy to follow dance moves with traditional Urban Rebounding Core Postures. This workout warms up with a fun jazz style routine and moves from the basic bounce through a series of show stopping dance moves.

Hip Hop Bound (25 mins) is a funky cardiovascular workout on the Urban Rebounder. The workout takes some of the Urban Rebounding Core postures to the next level with urban flair.

Ballet Bound (35 mins) is an intense cardiovascular workout that takes core ballet postures and combines them with the Urban Rebounding Intermediate and Advances moves.

African Bound (25 mins) is a high intensity cardiovascular workout utilizing African dance movements on the Urban Rebounder. The music is a mixture of African and Caribbean rhythms and melodies.

Latin Bound (30 mins) is a cardiovascular workout that mimics traditional Latin dance postures. The Urban Rebounding Core Postures will be enhanced with a Latin flair.
